Visit lengths vary depending on the event and package selected. Typical HOME visits are between 20- 30 minutes, though are scheduled for a full hour so accommodate larger gatherings.

Yes. Mrs. Claus and Elves can join Santa or be booked for their own visits.

Visits may include greetings, photos, conversation, gift giving, storytelling, and other holiday fun.

Yes. Your Pal Santa can visit homes, parties, businesses, schools, community events, and other celebrations.

Book as early as possible, especially for December dates and weekends, which can fill quickly.  Some families reserve their date the season before.

Give the children a chance to catch Santa in the act! After they’ve been tucked into bed, Santa quietly arrives to place gifts beneath the tree. Gather the children for a surprise peek at Santa before he quietly heads off to make more holiday deliveries. These special late-night visits are typically booked on the hour, such as 9 PM or 10 PM, and last approximately 10–15 minutes.

Terms of Service for Magical North Pole

Thank you for choosing Magical North Pole for your Santa Claus & holiday visit! Please read our Terms of Service carefully as they govern your use of our services. By booking a visit, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Cancellations and Modifications

Magical North Pole (or the visiting character) reserves the right to cancel or shorten any visit due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or acts of God. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the visit, but no refunds will be issued due to the seasonal nature of our services. If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a credit for a future visit at our discretion.

2. No Refunds Policy

Due to the seasonal and personalized nature of our services, no refunds will be provided once a booking is confirmed. If necessary, service dates may be exchanged with advance notice and subject to availability.

3. Address Accuracy

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide correct and complete delivery information. Magical North Pole assumes no responsibility for the failure to complete visits due to incorrect or misdelivered information, including but not limited to incorrect addresses.

4. Booking and Payment Terms

A minimum of 2 weeks' notice is required for booking a Santa visit.
All fees are due upon booking to secure your reservation.
Failure to complete payment within 3 days of booking may result in late fees or cancellation of the booking.
Cancellation Fees: If the booking is canceled by the customer for any reason, the service fee is retained as a cancellation fee.

5. Liability Waiver

Magical North Pole is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the services provided, including delays or missed visits due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Visit Terms

Visits maybe scheduled as hour blocks, though does not guarantee a full hour of visit time.  All visit times are estimated and can be ended if guest participation concludes or if the guests are no longer engaged.

7. Changes to Terms

Magical North Pole reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all bookings made after the date of the update.
